This document will explain how we (Talkiti Inc. , hereinafter referred to as “Talkiti”, “company”, “we”, and “us”) collect, store, protect and share your data (our users) and with whom we share it.
We appreciate your trust when you provide us with your information and we do not take it for granted.
Talkiti takes a proactive approach to user privacy and takes the necessary steps to protect the privacy of its users while using the Services (apps, websites and other services operated by Talkiti).
This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect from you while using our app and site, how the information may be used, with whom we may share it with, and your choices about such uses and disclosures.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not click “Start” and do not access or otherwise use any of our services. If you want to terminate this contract, at any time you can do so by deleting your account.

1. Data we collect
You are not obligated by law or otherwise to provide any information collected by Talkiti and you may do so on your own volition.
1. Registration
When you create an account you provide data including your name, age, phone, city, sentence about yourself, profile picture, gender, sexual preference those are mandatory fields. You can add hobbies and more photos. All this data is part of your profile. Your phone and your sexual preferences will not be visible.
2. Searching option
When you search for new users on the appyou define your personal filters and preferences; those filters are saved on the app for your next use.
3. Swiping
We collect information regarding your preferences (the swipes that you have made on the app)in order to make sure that the appropriate users' profile are displayed.
4. Data users share
You and others may produce content that includes information about you such as messages, likes, and swipes. Please note that such information will be visible to other users. Please do not share any information on the app that you deam private or secret and take caution when sharing information on the app.
5. Usage data
We log usage data when you visit or otherwise use our Services such as when you view or click on content, perform a search, install or update one of our mobile apps.
6. Cookies and similar data collection technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to recognize you and/or your device(s). Cookies enable Talkiti to introduce and offer the Talkiti Products to you and to understand the information we receive about you, including information about your use of other apps, whether or not you are registered or logged in.
7. Your device and location
If you use our Services from a mobile device, that device will send us data about your location based on your phone settings. We will ask you to log-in before we use GPS or other tools to identify your precise location. We use your location to ensure you swipe only to people in the same venue. We automatically collect information from your browser or device, the information could include your IP address, device ID and type, browser type and language, operating system.
8. Messages We collect information about you when you send, receive messages in connection with our Services. If you chat with other users, you provide us the content of your chats, and if you contact us with a customer, you provide us with the content of that communication.

2. Purposes for the collection of your data
We are regularly improving our services, which means we get new data and create new ways to use data. We use the data we collect for the following purposes:

In order to provide you with the services, we may use third party service providers who may collect, store and process the information detailed on their cloud. The cloud services are owned by the third-party but the database is owned and maintained by us.
Our policy is to not disclose your information, except in the limited circumstances:

We share your registered information with third parties to perform functions and provide services. These third parties are information technology companies which provide services to support our products and help us with information security matters.

To monitor activity on the app and web and approve content

Advertising partners for serving targeted advertisements to users. These third parties display advertisements on our services and elsewhere and may use tracking technologies, to collect information about users who view or interact with their advertisements.

To conduct general business analysis, advertising, marketing, or other business purposes, in that case we will share non-personal information, or personal information in hashed, non-human readable form with third parties.

4. Rights to access and control your personal data

Delete Data: You can ask us to erase or delete your personal data. We keep your information only as long as we need it for legitimate business purposes and as permitted by applicable legal requirements. If you delete your account, we will retain certain data for analytical purposes and recordkeeping integrity.

Change or Correct Data: You can edit some of your personal data through your account. You can also ask us to change, update or fix your data.

Right to Access and/or Get Your Data: You can ask us for a copy of your personal data in a machine-readable form.

5. Delete your account
If you choose to erase Talkiti account, your personal data will generally stop being visible to others on our Services within 24 hours. We retain your personal data even after you have closed your account in order to comply with our legal obligations.
Information you have shared with others (e.g., through Email, updates or group posts) will remain visible after you closed your account or deleted the information from your own profile or mailbox, and we do not control data that other Members copied out of our Services.

We may update the privacy policy from time to time, The most current version of the policy will govern our use of your information and will be available in our website.
In case of material changes, in our sole discretion, that are related to the use of personal information, we will notify you. We encourage you to keep up with the Privacy Policy from time to time.
